A free introductory call where we explore whether coaching is the right support for you right now.

This session is for women in leadership, career transition or personal expansion who want more clarity, confidence, self-trust and direction. You will have space to share what is currently happening in your life, leadership or career, what feels unclear or limiting, and what you are longing to change or step into.

I will explain how I work, what coaching means according to ICF principles, and what coaching is not. Coaching is a confidential, collaborative and forward-focused partnership. It is not therapy, treatment or advice-giving. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions, while I support you through powerful questions, reflection, intuitive insight, strategic mirroring and concrete next steps.

Together, we will look at your goals, expectations and what kind of support would be most valuable for you.

You will leave with more clarity — and a clear sense of whether NYX Executive Coaching is the right next step for you.
