A free introductory call for companies, HR leaders, CEOs or managers who want to explore whether coaching is the right support for a leader, key employee or leadership team.

During this call, we discuss the current situation, the development need, and what kind of coaching support would create the most value. This may include leadership development, role transition, increased responsibility, decision-making, communication, self-leadership, resilience or strategic alignment.

I will explain how NYX Executive Coaching works, what coaching means according to ICF principles, and what coaching is not. Coaching is a confidential, collaborative and forward-focused partnership. It is not therapy, consulting, treatment or advice-giving.

When coaching is sponsored by an organization, the coaching conversations remain confidential between coach and client. Any goals, progress updates or general themes shared with the organization are agreed upon in advance with the client.

Together, we will explore the goals, expectations, format and whether individual coaching, leadership transition coaching or leadership team coaching is the right next step.

You will leave the call with more clarity around the potential coaching setup — and a clear sense of whether NYX Executive Coaching is the right partner for your organization.
