I’m Helena Pantzare — former CEO, business leader, entrepreneur, and transformational coach.

For more than 20 years, I worked internationally in leadership, sales, and business development across global industries and high-performance environments. From the outside, my career looked successful. But over time, I realized that true success means very little if you feel disconnected from yourself internally.

That realization changed the direction of my life.

Today, through NYX Executive, I help ambitious individuals and leaders create greater clarity, self-leadership, authenticity, and alignment — both professionally and personally.

My coaching combines grounded leadership experience with deep self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and transformational coaching inspired by ICF principles.
